We offer a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

Include the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
Email us at xavaro.business@gmail.com to request a return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if:

The item is defective or damaged

You received the wrong item
We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to complete the return process and, once approved, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
