What is your return policy?

We offer easy returns within 5 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a return. We currently do not offer exchanges, only refunds for valid cases. For more info, contact us at xavaro.store@gmail.com.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, we begin processing and shipping your item. For urgent changes, please contact our support team immediately.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within India. We’re working to expand internationally in the future!

How long does shipping take?

Yes! We offer free shipping across India on all orders. No minimum spend required.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order on our website under "Track My Order".

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size chart and measurement guide (if applicable). Please refer to that before placing your order. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.
